Hi, I'm Kassandra!

I am a very driven person with a passion for real estate, organization and creating. I have been in the real estate field since 2015 and have developed a real love for the industry. On top of that I am also a wife and a mom to a beautiful little girl.

My position was always in the administrative side of things but I obtained my residential license in 2019 in the hopes of becoming an agent on my own. However, I quickly realized that my place truly is behind the scenes. I enjoy being the supporting character in other agent's journeys and businesses.

Adjointe Immo-Virtuelle was born from an idea of being able to help agents like you when you need it whether it is on a regular basis or on a per occasion basis. With today's technology, it is possible for me to fill any gaps you may have from a distance which has many perks!

I work alongside my right hand person who also happens to be my younger sister Natasha. We continue to grow and evolve as your needs and requests evolve. We strive to always offer a high quality service and are always willing to learn new skills. We are always available to listen to your concerns and needs and as you know, not 1 broker works in the exact same way. We of course have processes in the place to facilitate our working together but are set on creating the ideal plan for you in order to literally clear up your desk!

I hope to have the pleasure of working alongside you in the near future. Do not hesitate to give me a call or send me an email with any questions you may have, there is always a solution!

Do I need an assistant ?

The short answer is YES ! Everyone can benefit from clearing a few items off of their plates. But let's look at it a little more technically.

It depends on the workload and complexity of the real estate agent's tasks. Some agents may find it helpful to have an assistant to manage administrative tasks, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments, allowing the agent to focus on other important aspects of the business such as marketing, sales, and negotiations. However, others may be able to manage their workload without an assistant or have a harder time delegating and letting go.
